Hello, my name is Colin and I love dogs, from mongrels to pedigrees, and I cannot imagine a life without them and I have always had dogs and cats (hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, chickens!........) in my life.

 

Your pet is part of your family and I know how difficult it can be to find someone who you can trust to walk or visit them.

 

Until I became a dog walker, I worked in aviation for many years and it became clear to me that I was working very long hours and I realised that these long days (and nights) took away things in life that I take most pleasure from...... my family and my dog!

 

So, I decided to make a radical change to my life and turn my love of animals into a way of ensuring that pet owners who can’t be at home with their dog during the day, or are having difficulty in walking their dog for any reason, or maybe just want a day out with the family, can choose a reliable dog walking and pet visiting service, to provide them with the reassurance that their dog is being cared for in their absence.

 

At Scotty's, I understand that your pet is a valued member of your family and you can be rest-assured that I will give your pet the best care when he or she is with me; I would treat them as one of my own.

 

My best friend is a lovely mutt called Christa, however previously, I have owned other dogs, including a German Shepherd called "Zonk" who was a rescue dog and had some challenging issues! I am confident and experienced in dealing with all kinds of situations that may arise whilst your dog is in my care, so you will have peace of mind that your dog will be in good and safe hands.
